You’ll begin personalizing your new home by selecting a floor plan that fits your needs, from the number of bedrooms you want, to your preferred arrangement of living spaces. Many floor plans feature flexible living spaces.
Choose the exterior look of your home.
The exterior elevation is the first thing you see when you come home. Choose from a variety of exterior elevations that will fit your style and set you apart from your neighbors.
You choose your homesite within the community.
Location plays a big part in how you want to live, you have the freedom to select your homesite, so if you always wanted a corner lot or dreamed of more yard space for outdoor living, it’s your choice.

When it’s time to start building your home, you won’t be alone. An expert construction superintendent will be by your side, overseeing the entire process from foundation, framing, and drywall until the day you move in. They’ll also complete daily quality assurance inspections to ensure your home is built with attention to detail and delivered on time. All while continuously communicating to you the progress of your home and making sure it’s exactly the way you envisioned it.
Our partnership doesn’t end when you get the keys.
Our dedicated customer service team is ready to help with any questions or home repair issues. Additionally, every Lucas Homes home comes with a 2-10 limited warranty so if any warranty issues arise, our team will respond quickly. Because when we build a home for the way you live, we build it to last.
